Admission Requirements
Pre-K children must be age 4 as of September 1, 2023. Kindergarten children must be age 5 as of September 1, 2023. Please bring all required documents and plan for a minimum of 1.5 hours. Bring sibling Skyward information if you are a returning user.- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Income
- Social Security Card
- Guardian ID
- Proof of Residence (any bill showing physical address)
- Current Shot Record
- Proof of Gov. Assistance (TNAF/SNAP)
- Dual residency documentation
- Proof of any early childhood intervention (birth- 3 years olds)
Registration Information
Dates: Tuesday, May 9th and Tuesday June 20th
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Location: Plainview ISD Board Room, All registration will be completed online.
The Hale County Health Department
will be providing vaccinations for
students that need them on this day.
