It is time to schedule your individual appointment with your PHS student's counselor to discuss and sign-off on next year's schedule! Please find the Alpha Counselor that fits your student's last name and click on the following links. These appointments are mandatory and your students will not have a fall schedule created without attending.

¡When filling out the form, please put the student name as the requestor. Use parent phone number and email, and use the parent name in the notes!

Please get your appointments scheduled today. When you come to the Junior High, please park in the side parking lots and remember to bring your ID.
