Bulldogs Lead - South Elementary
Friday wrapped up the Bulldogs Lead celebrations as students at South Elementary cheered on the Bulldogs from each class. Thank you PISD Police and Plainview Fire Department for providing snow cones and fire trucks for our students to enjoy!
The Rotary Club of Plainview delivered dictionaries to 3rd grade students at South Elementary on Thursday as part of the Words for Thirds service project. They will deliver to North and Central campuses next week before delivering dictionaries to all 3rd graders in Hale County.
Bulldogs Lead - Central Elementary
PISD Police and Plainview Firefighters joined together at Central Elementary to celebrate the Bulldogs Lead recipients for the first six weeks. Bulldogs Lead students received t-shirts and paraded through the halls before enjoying snow cones.
Bulldogs Lead - North Elementary
Students from each grade of North Elementary were honored Wednesday for their character and leadership. They celebrated through the halls, ate snow cones with the PISD Police and explored a fire truck and ambulance with the Plainview Fire Dept .
The Lady Bulldogs hosted Idalou Tuesday night. All three teams won in straight sets.

Bulldogs Lead - Intermediate School
These students were recognized by their teachers for setting positive examples on the Intermediate School Campus by demonstrating character. Plainview ISD Police Officers celebrated these students with snow cones, games and t-shirts.
Plainview ISD is partnering with the City of Plainview to celebrate the "In Plain View Community Event / National Night Out" on October 3rd! Don't forget! The Counselors Family Educational Series is today at 5:30 p.m. in the Plainview ISD Board Room. The topic discussed today is: Suicide Prevention, Managing Emotions, Sharing Hope.
The Bulldogs are 4-0 after a win against Dumas Friday night.

The Plainview ISD Counselors Family Education Series continues in the Board Room on Tuesday, September 20th at 5:30pm. The topic for September is Suicide Prevention, Managing Emotions, Sharing Hope.

Thursday is Twin Day for Homecoming Spirit Week.
The Homecoming parade and city wide pep rally is scheduled for tomorrow evening. The parade begins @ 7:00 pm at the High School parking lot and will have its usual route ending at the Plainview Education Complex. The pep rally starts at 7:30pm! Come out and support the Bulldogs!
