Holiday Break is Saturday, December 21 - Monday, January 6. The Spring Semester begins on Tuesday, January 7th at 8:05am. Have a safe and happy holiday break!
PHS Fall Semester Finals are Thursday, December 19th and Friday, December 20th. Students are dismissed at 12:17 both days.
Remember, students that are marked exempt from taking their finals are not exempt from attendance. They will be marked absent if they are not in class. 9th Grade students cannot be exempt from semester exams.
There will be no Homeroom period, lunch, or late start on either day.

PHS will NOT have a late start on Friday, December 13th. Students need to be in 1st period at 8:05am.
The next late start is on Friday, January 17th.
The National Honor Society is doing a canned soup drive! Soup cans are being collected for the Plainview Methodist Food Closet as they work with South Plains College to collect 2500 cans by the Super Bowl.
This will be a homeroom competition. Students need to bring cans of soup to their homeroom class between December 2nd through December 17th. The homeroom with the most soup cans earns a donut party!
